A Glance at The Murray (A Niccolo Hotel)
We were delighted to visit The Murray, Hong Kong during their soft opening period. The hotel is famed for being a conservation project and the remaking of an iconic landmark - The Murray Building. Located just minutes away from the Peak Tram, it is situated in the Admiralty district. Standing at 25 floors high with a range of rooms/suites, 5 dining outlets, as well as being fully equipped for banquets, weddings and conferences, the hotel has everything you need and more!
The Lobby
Decorated with bold art pieces and spectacular marble flooring, The Murray successfully creates an elegant and classy atmosphere at first impression. If, by any chance, the check-in process takes a little longer than expected, you can have a seat at Murray Lane and enjoy contemporary cocktails and small gourmet plates.
The Arches
A quintessential aspect of The Murray, The Arches is a unique area to host events such as cocktail receptions, wedding ceremonies, etc. We recommend this location only in the Spring or Autumn seasons as it is outdoors.
Check In
The Murray thrives on a hassle-free and time-saving check in process. Provided that you give your passport details and credit card payment beforehand, all you need to do is show up, sign and the room is yours!
The DELUXE Room
No matter which room you stay at, you will always get the best view with plenty of sunlight thanks to the brilliant architecture by Norman Foster & team. With bright white marble paired with dark interiors, the room is designed elegantly. Some of the rooms even overlook the beautiful Hong Kong Park and Botanical Gardens.

The SIGNATURE Suite
We were highly impressed by the Signature suite’s spacious interiors (75 sqm) with urban design. With all rooms doors slanted at a 45 degree angle, all rooms are guaranteed abundant daylight without direct heat. Additionally, the living room is perfect for meetings or get togethers for 4-5 people.

The Bath
The bathroom of every room at the Murray is made with beautiful white marble and golden tap handles. The Murray has maintained elegance with a see-through glass door with the use of Privacy Smartglass. The bath is equipped with products by Grown Alchemist, an Australian skincare brand.
The Rooftop Bar
Popinjays, The Murray’s rooftop bar, is sure to be Hong Kong’s go-to dining and lifestyle destination. With chic interiors, panoramic views and cuisine inspired by epicurean cities, it is definitely our favourite F&B outlet in the hotel.
